Brockton Shop

The Brockton JN Phillips Auto Glass location was opened in 1997. Brockton is the home of champion boxers Rocky Marciano and Marvin Hagler. Because of their success Brockton is sometimes called the City of Champions.

Brockton became a city in 1881 and is the 6th largest city in Massachusetts. Farms gave way to factories, and Brockton became an epicenter of the shoe and textile industries, earning the name “Shoe City.”   At the turn of the 20th century, more than 6,000 people were employed in over 100 separate shoe manufacturing entities.
