So we created the Red Tag Guarantee that guarantees the Safe Drive Away Time for every individual replacement we provide. Each time JN Phillips Auto Glass technicians finish an installation, they hang a Safe Drive Away Time Red Tag on the rearview mirror detailing the temperature and humidity readings at the time of the service. (Temperature and humidity conditions determine how long it will take for the special Sika adhesive to set.) The technician then writes the exact time when the vehicle will be ready to drive on the Red Tag. Customers can't miss it. Even when we're not there to advise them personally, (as is sometimes the case with a driveway replacement), we make sure they know exactly how long they need to wait until the adhesive is fully set and it's safe to get back on the road.
